Lay-flat and spiral ducting can also
be manufactured for vertical operation. |

| Two 8 mm thick galvanized steel
ropes are connected longitudinally to opposite sides of the ducting
by aluminium clamps, which are installed at regular intervals along
the ropes. Galvanized hooks are used to connect the clamps to eyes
in the lay-flat ducting or to the wire of the spiral ducting. The lay-flat
ducting is fitted with 2 suspension aprons. |

| Each rope fitted at one end
with a galvanized turnbuckle DIN 1480, M 12 with 2 yokes. The other
end is fitted with a gutter-ring which acts as a counterpart to the
turnbuckle on the next ducting.
The turnbuckles carry the weight of the ducting to avoid damage
to the connections. |
